The A3 program was specifically designed by Dave Vincent to prepare young athletes and teach them safe, effective ways to workout. The A3 program focuses on teenage boys and girls ages 10 – 19.
Dave’s energy and guidance motivates and prepares young athletes for the challenges they will face both on and off the playing grounds. Being able to stay at peak levels of performance throughout the competitive season is the goal of any athlete, and that’s where A3 can help. So if you already play a sport or have any desire to be athletic, then A3 can safely guide and train you for peak performance.
